About the Role
You will assist the valuation team in analyzing deals under consideration using traditional and scenario-based valuation methods. This role will help you understand how pricing and negotiation are influenced by underlying asset values.
Responsibilities
Conduct DCF and comparable company valuations
Prepare valuation memorandums
Analyze key drivers and market assumptions
Support internal deal committees with valuation benchmarks
Ideal Candidate
Knowledge of valuation frameworks and finance principles
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Bonus: Prior experience in audit, PE, or consulting
