Responsibilities
Design wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI in Figma
Conduct user research and usability testing
Create design systems and style guides
Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect execution
Ideal Candidate
Strong design portfolio or Behance/Dribbble presence
Proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD
Eye for typography, spacing, and responsive layouts
Bonus: Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS
