About the Role:
Interns will support LexCatalyst’s ESG compliance unit by assisting in advising clients on BRSR frameworks, SEBI LODR obligations, sustainability disclosures, and environmental law updates. They will work on ESG policy reviews, risk matrix development, and drafting of internal governance guidelines.
Ideal Candidate:
Interest in corporate governance and ESG regulations
Knowledge of SEBI compliance requirements
