You will work with our investments team to analyze REITs, private equity funds, and structured credit products. The focus will be on evaluating return-risk models and understanding niche financial instruments.
Responsibilities
Analyze REITs and INVITs performance
Review fund terms and memorandums
Create comparative dashboards for fund benchmarking
Build return projection models for alternative assets
Ideal Candidate
Interest in alternative investments and asset-backed lending
Proficient in Excel and able to interpret fund data
Bonus: Familiarity with REITs, PPMs, or credit funds
