About the Role:
Interns will actively assist in live deals and ongoing transactional work. This includes preparing checklists, reviewing incorporation documents, conducting red-flag due diligence, and supporting the legal team in drafting board resolutions, cap-table reviews, and ROC forms. Interns will gain insight into both startup and investor-side processes.
Ideal Candidate:
Practical understanding of Companies Act, 2013
Familiarity with legal due diligence methodology
Proactive and meticulous in reviewing legal documents
