About the Role
This role involves supporting the team on designing and validating deal structures, particularly debt and credit-based instruments. You'll work on excel-driven feasibility models and lending scenarios.
Responsibilities
Build debt servicing models (amortization, bullet repayment, step-up interest)
Review credit ratings and covenants for structuring
Prepare deal rationale summaries
Assist in preparing investor communication decks
Ideal Candidate
Analytical with an understanding of credit structures
Familiar with financial ratios, DSCR, and leverage metrics
Bonus: Experience with NBFC or lending institutions
